Terms of Service

1. Introductory Provisions

These Terms of Service govern the rights and obligations between
JIM THE RAT s.r.o., Company ID: 19970951, with its registered office at Chudenická 1059/30, Hostivař, 102 00 Prague, registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague (hereinafter referred to as the “seller”),
and customers (hereinafter referred to as the “buyer”) when purchasing goods through the online store at goteoswim.com.

2. Order and Conclusion of Contract

  • All product presentations on the online store are for informational purposes only and do not constitute a binding offer in the sense of the Civil Code.

  • The purchase contract is concluded once the order is confirmed by the seller.

3. Price and Payment Terms

  • The price of goods is stated including VAT and all related charges.

  • The buyer may pay for the goods by:

    • online card payment,

    • or by other methods available in the store.

4. Delivery Conditions

  • The seller delivers goods through contracted carriers (e.g. Packeta, Czech Post, courier services).

  • The usual delivery time is 7–10 business days after the order has been confirmed and the payment received. More detailed information about shipping methods and costs is available in the Shipping Policy section.

  • Shipping costs are always displayed during checkout.

5. Withdrawal from the Contract

  • A buyer who is a consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason.

  • To withdraw, the buyer may contact the seller at info@goteoswim.com.

  • The buyer is responsible for covering the costs of returning the goods.

6. Complaints and Warranty

  • Goods are covered by a statutory warranty period of 24 months.

  • Complaints can be submitted by e-mail at info@goteoswim.com or in writing to the seller’s registered address.

  • The seller will handle complaints without undue delay, no later than 30 days after receiving them.

7. Personal Data Protection

  • The seller processes the buyer’s personal data in accordance with GDPR and applicable legislation.

  • Details are provided in the Privacy Policy available on the online store.

8. Final Provisions

  • These Terms of Service form an integral part of the purchase contract.

  • The seller reserves the right to amend these Terms of Service.

  • The current valid and effective version of the Terms of Service is always published on the online store’s website.
