We process and dispatch all orders within 3–5 business days after receiving payment.

Estimated delivery times are:

- Czech Republic: 3–5 business days
- European Union: 7–10 business days
- Outside the European Union: 10–20 business days (depending on the destination, carrier and customs clearance)

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control, including carrier delays, customs processing, public holidays or temporary operational limitations.

Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination and selected shipping method and are clearly displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.
