Returns & Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without providing any reason, in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us at info@goteoswim.com with a clear statement of your decision. You may also submit a return request through your customer account at https://account.goteoswim.com.

Once your return request has been received, we will provide you with detailed return instructions, including the appropriate return address or a return label where applicable.

Customers are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods unless otherwise agreed.

Items must be returned without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us of the withdrawal. Products must be unused, undamaged, with all original tags attached, and, where reasonably possible, in their original packaging.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days after we receive the returned goods or proof that they have been sent back, whichever occurs first. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase unless another method has been expressly agreed.

For hygiene reasons, the right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return once unsealed after delivery. For swimwear, this includes any product where the hygiene seal has been removed, broken, damaged, or otherwise tampered with.
