Refund policy

The customer – consumer – has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason.  

To withdraw, please contact us at info@goteoswim.com.  
The customer bears the costs of returning the goods.  

Returned goods must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.  
The seller will refund the payment within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, using the same payment method that was originally used.  

The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that have been used or hygienically compromised (e.g. swimwear without a hygiene seal).
